We were on our konkan tour and discovered this hotel in Kankavali. The rooms were very spacious and location in prime city centre and on the Mumbai-Goa highway.

We visited them in the month of July with a group of six friends. The hotel is offering budget and large group accommodation. Would definitely recommend for family and large group of friends.

Where is Konkan Central Family Rooms?
On the Mumbai-Goa Highway (NH-66) in Kankavli, on the 1st and 2nd floor of Om Sai Building, opposite SBI Bank and next to Hotel MH 07. Driving from Goa towards Mumbai, it is on the left side of the highway.
How far is it from Kankavli bus stand and railway station?
About 2 minutes by car from Kankavli bus stand and about 5 minutes by car from Kankavli railway station.
What does a room cost?
The Two Queen Beds Room is ₹2,000 a night for 4 people. The Six Bed Room is ₹2,200 a night for 6 people. Both floors together are ₹4,200 a night for 10 people.
Is the price negotiable?
No. We charge one price to every guest. The price on this website is already lower than Booking.com and MakeMyTrip because there is no commission to pay, and that saving is passed on to you.
Do prices change on festivals and holidays?
Yes, by a fixed amount on a fixed list of dates: Diwali, Christmas to New Year, long weekends, Holi and Shimga, and the summer holidays from 1 May to 6 June. On those nights each room costs between ₹150 and ₹500 more. Pick your dates in the date tool on this page and it shows the exact price for every night.
How many people can stay?
The Two Queen Beds Room takes up to 6 people and the Six Bed Room up to 8, using one extra mattress that sleeps 2. Both floors together take up to 14. Each person over the base number is ₹200 a night, each child aged 5 to 17 is ₹100, and children under 5 stay free.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 11 AM and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in can be arranged on request for an extra charge.
Do I have to pay in advance?
A 50 percent deposit confirms your room. You pay the balance at check-in by cash, UPI or bank transfer. We share payment details on WhatsApp once your room is confirmed.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 3 or more days before check-in and you get a 100 percent refund. If you cancel later than that, the deposit is kept.
Is there parking for a car or a tempo traveller?
Yes. Parking is free, at the gate of the building.
How many bathrooms are there?
The Six Bed Room has two bathrooms and one separate toilet. The Two Queen Beds Room has its own bathroom. Hot water is available 24 hours.
Can we get food?
Yes. Lunch and dinner can be served to your room. Ask us on WhatsApp what is being cooked that day.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets are welcome.
Can I book a room for a few hours?
No. We do not give rooms by the hour. A same-day stay, for example arriving early in the morning and leaving the same day, is charged as a full night.
What ID do we need at check-in?
An Aadhaar card. For a family or a group, the ID of one person is enough.
Are there towels, Wi-Fi and a western toilet?
Yes. Every room has towels, free Wi-Fi and a western toilet with hot water.
We are coming by train. How far is the station?
Kankavli railway station is about 2.3 km away, around 7 minutes by auto rickshaw. Tell us your train time when you book. If you need an auto rickshaw or a bike on rent, ask us on WhatsApp and we will share a local contact.
Are unmarried couples allowed?
Yes. Unmarried couples are welcome with a valid photo ID card, such as an Aadhaar card, shown at check-in.
Can I get a GST bill?
Yes. We give a GST bill. Send us your company name and GST number on WhatsApp when you book, and the bill is made in that name.
